Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a holistic healing system that developed in India more than 3,000 years ago. One of the oldest medical sciences in the world, Ayurveda translates to "knowledge of life." It recognizes that we are each made of the five natural elements that make up the world around us: ether (space), air, fire, water, and earth. These elements come together to form three doshas (bio-energetics, constitutions): pitta (fire and water), vata (ether and air), and kapha (earth and water).

Ayurveda is a complex, integrative system that encompasses nutrition, lifestyle, herbology, yoga, bodywork, and more. By developing a deeply supportive and personalized routine in sync with the natural world, Ayurveda can help support energy, digestion, immunity, sleep, and more.

Ayurvedic sessions help develop deeper self knowledge and connection to the natural world. With this understanding, Ayurveda helps inform daily and seasonal routines that support health, vitality, and peace. Ayurvedic sessions don't replace your regular medical care; rather, they're an excellent addition to your wellness routine.
