Ayurveda and Reiki are holistic wellness systems that greatly complement each other. Complete wellness sessions are a chance to combine an Ayurvedic session and Health Plan with an energetic healing treatment. These sessions help further integrate the wisdom we unearth in Ayurvedic consultations with the gentle healing of Reiki. Ayurveda is a holistic medical science that recognizes that we are deeply connected to the natural world around us. With this wisdom, we can greater understand ourselves and create daily and seasonal routines that foster health, vitality, and peace. During a 60 minute virtual Ayurvedic consultation, I will take a detailed medical history to get a good understanding of who you are, what your health goals are, and what causative factors might be detracting from your sense of well-being. We work together to determine the unique balance of the doshas in your body at birth (prakriti) as well as the current balance of the doshas (vikriti). We then will form an Ayurvedic Health plan which may include food recommendations, routine, herbs, yoga, meditation, and bodywork. You will receive a typed plan and email support. We each have inherent access to powerful healing energy. Reiki is a gentle healing modality that helps one drop into their body, relax, and connect to the divinity within them. I individualize sessions with breath work, essential oils, and crystals that assist in the energy work. During a Reiki session, you will be asked to lay fully clothed on a massage table. I place my hands directly above or on your body and transfer Reiki energy to you. Each session is individualized to a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs making it a holistic healing modality. Sessions take place in Oakland, California. The location is accessible by public transit; however, the healing space is only accessible by stairs. Sliding scale services may be paid for via venmo, zelle, or cash.
